"Weather Child" exhibition is held! More than 400 production materials such as Makoto Shinkai's setting images are a must-see

The world is the most attention nowThe latest work of animation director Makoto Shinkai "Weather Child"。 　　
It is a topical work that has set a new monument in Japanese movies, surpassing 7.5 million spectators and box office revenue of 10 billion yen in 34 days from the nationwide release on July 19.

At Matsuya Ginza,Held a “Weather Child” exhibition to present the valuable materials of the work.In this exhibition, more than 400 works such as storyboards, settings, drawings, and art backgrounds will be on display. In addition, with the cooperation of the Japan Meteorological Association, a special device that reproduces the meteorological phenomenon can be installed for the weather, which is an important motif of the work, so that you can learn more about the work world while having fun learning.

This is an exhibition where you can experience the boundaries of the new animation that Director Shinkai Makoto opens and the thoughts embedded in the work.

企画書、 絵コンテ、 設定、 作画、 美術背景といった貴重な資料を展示。

物語で描かれる東京
作品の舞台となる東京の美しい風景表現の数々を紹介します。
新海作品で初めて描かれた夜の歌舞伎町や下町の街並みなど、 東京のもうひとつの顔にも注目。

実際の気象現象を体験 　　
日本気象協会の協力のもと、 物語の鍵となる気象現象を専用装置を使って再現するほか、 実際の観測器なども展示します。

「天気の子」展オリジナル天気予報
会場周辺の天気を毎日教えてくれるオリジナル天気予報のデジタルサイネージが登場します！

クリエイターや有名ブランドが、 作品からインスピレーションを受けて制作したコラボ商品や、 会場でしか手に入らない「天気の子」展オリジナルグッズなど約300点をご用意！

また、本展開催を記念し、 松屋銀座内にコラボカフェも登場！
